card background and banner
As part of your pokenEVENT, you can customize the experience for users coming into the Poken MemberHub by creating a branded card background and banner. The graphics for the Poken MemberHub should be created in JPG, PNG or GIF format. Dimensions are as follows (and shown in the graphics to the right and below).
- Format: PNG, JPG or GIF
- Dimensions: Card Background (327w x 217h)
- Dimensions: Banner (728w x 90h)
- Resolution: 72 DPI
basic requirements
- lead time: Requests for events must be received a minimum of 3 weeks prior to start. This will allow enough lead time for Poken employees/engineers to manually create the campaign in our systems.
- materials delivery: all materials must be submitted a minimum of 1 week prior to start.
- minimum order: currently, all events require an order of at least 200 Pokens. This can be a mix of pokenSPARK or pokenPULSE.
workflow for resellers
- Complete pokenEVENT order form: first, complete this form to provide the following:
- Event name (max of 16 characters)
- Event location (address, city, postal code, country)
- Pokens to Order (quantity, type and branding options, ex: 200 pokenSPARK w/ IBM logo)
- Start and end dates
- Automatic tags - searchable tags preloaded onto attendees cards
- Automatic contacts - profile cards inserted into each customer account
- Complete pokenEVENT contract: must be signed by reseller and returned to Poken as PDF or FAX.
- Provide design elements: you will need a designer to create the following:
- Card background
- Event Banner
- URL for Event Banner
- Verify event elements: once the event is set up, you will need to test all of the event elements and confirm that everything is working as expected.
- Use a Poken in the ID range
- Execute the event: finally, the reseller is ultimately responsible for the execution of the actual event, including first-level customer support.
