The success of using Poken at your trade-show, trade-show booth, or event, relies on a few factors. Our pricing is established on the basis of trying to help you achieve success, by matching the known success factors with your own specific needs, understanding your expectations and your objectives, and finally answering our own constraints as a business. The exact math is based on the number of attendees, both using pokens and the brandable event app, the duration of the outreach you would like (the branded portal allows pre-event, during-event, and post-event communication with your attendees, aiming at helping you build a community) the number of exhibits or touch-points (documents to be collected), and other supporting factors (such as integrating with your registration system/provider, providing training/support to ensure a first successful Poken experience.
