Smart Devices
A new way for participants to experience events, Poken’s suite of smart devices allow visitors to network and interact with information and spaces in a fun and sustainable way. With Poken smart devices, exhibitors and organizers can make videos, pictures, presentations, brochures, coupons and virtually any type of digital data available for collection, all the while having access to rich metrics.
Poken interactive USB device
A poken enables you collect digital business cards and digital documents, with a simple touch. Just touch one poken to another person’s and they glow: You’ve exchanged business cards. Touch a poken to a touchpoint, and you collect digital material. Pokens can have different designs to add a touch of fun to your event, or can be customized to give you or your sponsors’ further exposure.
Custom Caps: Because every event is unique
Create a positive event atmosphere that further encourages networking and fun by customizing your pokens’ cap, and watch as visitors become engaged straight away. Choose from a range of fun caps like the Ninja, Gorilla or Bee, or let us design something that speaks directly to your event.
Benefits
- An ice breaker like no other that nurtures a new type of interaction and experience
- A leading edge networking tool
- Provides precise lead generation for exhibitors
- An opportunity for additional branding and visibility for sponsors
Poken Touchpoint
Simply touch a poken to a touchpoint. When the poken glows green, you have collected the digital information contained within.
Once collected, all the files and brochures appear in the visitors account, both in a time line and a saved document library. All the information is searchable and can be saved to your computer. The digital content that visitors collect can be updated after the event – visitors always see the most up to date version in their account.
No need to rely on wireless internet connections, mobile networks or complicated infrastructure to make digital content available, as touchpoints work with NFC technology.
Benefits
- Gives visitors access to a wide range of media, not just brochures and magazines
- Simplifies information collection, leading to more thorough engagement
- Visitors always have the most up to date version of what they have collected
- Enables exhibitors and organizers to learn about who collected information and what information is popular
- Creates a greener event
Super Touchpoint & Real-time Touchpoint
The Super Touchpoint allows exhibitors and organizers to share digital information without the need to equip event attendees with a poken. Integrating both NFC and iBeacon® technology, visitors can simply touch event access badges to a Super Touchpoint in the same way you would a poken, to collect digital information and have it sent to their accounts. The Super Touchpoints USB port enables the battery to be recharged, and contacts to be offloaded without the need of NFC equipped mobile devices
The Real-Time Touchpoint shares all the wonderful features of the Super Touchpoint, while also allowing information to be gathered and collected in real time. Perfect for events that need up to the minute data collection.
Case Study: National Veterans Small Business Conference
The U.S department of Veteran Affairs use the Real-time Touchpoint to manage hundreds of meetings that are simultaneously taking place at the National Veterans Small Business Engagement Event. Attendees check into each meeting and confirm the correct time and meeting location. Organizers can then follow up on any no shows or late comers and reorganize openings to maximize the benefit of the event for attendees
